 This is my weekly schedule for work outs. 

Mon 9-10am hiit workout, weights, stretching

Tues 9-11 paddle board

Wed 9-9:30 peloton

Thurs 9-11 paddle board

Fri 9-9:30 hiit workout

Sat hiking

She’s just really inspiring to me, because she’s changed her body in her 40s; she’s 49 now and ridiculously fit,But she’s not one of those people that you can tell it wasn’t as challenging for them. She was very large not many years ago. She has a very positive and realistic vibe. And I like her workouts.
