All right, girls! This is it. The motivation we've all been waiting for. The challenge has been presented: Weigh 140 lbs BY MAY 1, 2021 and GO TO HAWAII (in probably October). For me, this means lose 50 lbs. Mom has 35 to lose. We're all at different points, but we're all similar in our genetics, so 140 lbs seems like a reasonable (not easy, but achievable) goal. It may be 150 or 160 for some of us. But for Mom and I it can't be over 140 if we want the Hawaii prize. So you all need to be rooting for us, supporting us, (KATELYNNNNNNN) because there will be no Hawaii trip if the two of us don't make it. If we make it however, you reap the benefits and can join us YESSSSS. Again, your lodging will be free; you'll need pay for your flight, and food. So start saving, and start working out, eating no sugar and lots of vegetables and whole grains!

ReplyDeleteBy the way Mom, Anthony extended the deadline to June 1 since I have 50 pounds to lose instead of 40 and he doesn’t want me to be unhealthy and lose more than 5 pounds a month

ReplyDeleteHow is everyone doing? Kicking butt? (Literally?😂) Yes! Let’s lose the fat and rolls! I am excited! I’ve started exercising again, eating cleaner, healthier. I’ve cut out all sugar, soda, and junk food. I’ve been eating eggs, whole fat low sugar style Greek yogurts, almond milk, vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and good proteins. By just doing that, I was able to lose 4 pounds since I started on Tuesday. I know that the first part comes off really fast just from weaning yourself off from the bad food we eat, but I hope to continue this great progress until I reach my goal! 35 pounds to go!! 🤣
